  1. Purchase and install a qualifying model between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009.
  2. Retain your receipt of purchase.
  3. Print off the Manufacturer’s Certification Statement. Click here to download PDF.
  4. Use IRS Tax Form 5695 from 2009 which will be available in late 2009 or early 2010.
  5. File 2009 taxes in early 2010 to claim.
